At present, Workmeet is independently owned, developed, and maintained by an individual software engineer. The platform is privately owned and is not operated by a registered company.

• Organization or workspace information
• Employee account details
• Messages and files shared within your organization

We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our services.

7. Subscription Policy

Workmeet operates on a subscription basis.

• The subscription remains valid for the full billing period.
• The subscription period is calculated from the purchase date.
• Partial usage (for example, 10 or 15 days) does not qualify for partial billing or extension.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Since Workmeet is a digital software service, once access has been granted, refunds are not provided for unused days within the subscription period.

9. Data Retention

If your subscription expires and is not renewed:

• Your workspace and data will not be deleted immediately.
• We will retain your data for up to 7 days after subscription expiry.
• During this period, we may send reminder notifications encouraging renewal.
• If no renewal is completed within the retention period, your workspace and associated data may be permanently deleted.

Once deleted, data may not be recoverable.

10. Your Rights

Depending on applicable laws, you may request to:

• Access your information.
• Update inaccurate information.
• Delete your account.
• Request export of your data where applicable.

11. Children's Privacy

Workmeet is intended for business and professional use. It is not designed for children under the age of 13.
